The Small Mesh Nest is a compact founding formicarium designed for early-stage ant colonies. It is part of the first series of Esthetic Ants ant nests and is ideal for species that benefit from controlled humidity and good ventilation.

The nest features two naturally shaped chambers covered by an escape-proof mesh, allowing excellent airflow while keeping ants securely contained. A removable clear acrylic cover provides visibility and easy access when needed.

Humidity is regulated through a bottom tray that slowly humidifies the nest by evaporation. The tray also allows for heat cable integration, making temperature control simple and effective.

With connection ports for both 10 mm and 15 mm tubing, the Small Mesh Nest integrates easily into a wide range of setups.
