The All-In-One Red Gypsum Ant Nest combines a spacious gypsum nesting area with a directly attached outworld, creating a complete setup for larger ant species that need more room than conventional small-chamber nests.

The nest features approximately 3.9 × 2 in (10 × 5 cm) of nesting space with 0.8 in (20 mm) deep chambers. The extra chamber depth makes this setup particularly suitable for larger ant species and colonies with larger workers that benefit from more vertical space.

Natural Gypsum Nesting Area

The red gypsum interior provides a natural-feeling nesting environment while helping maintain moisture within the nest. Hydration is added through a dedicated opening in the side of the nest using a syringe and needle.

This allows you to hydrate the gypsum directly without opening or disturbing the colony.

Please note: A syringe and needle are not included.

Integrated Outworld

Directly attached to the nest is a spacious 2 × 3.9 × 3.9 in outworld, giving the colony a dedicated area for feeding and foraging.

Feeding is easy through the circular feeding port at the top, so you don't need to remove the complete lid every time the colony needs food.

Modular & Expandable

The entire setup has been designed with future expansion in mind. The nest and outworld are secured using magnets and removable acrylic connection bars.

These acrylic bars can be unscrewed and reattached, allowing you to separate or reconfigure the components when you want to expand the colony's setup.

Assembly Instructions

The All-In-One Red Gypsum Ant Nest requires some assembly before use:

1. Remove all protective film from the acrylic components. Some pieces may need to be partially disassembled using the included screwdriver to remove all protective film.
2. Place the included piece of tubing between the nest and outworld to create the connection.
3. Position the nest and outworld together.
4. Screw the acrylic side bars into place to securely connect both sections.
5. Check that all components and connections are properly secured before introducing your colony.

Unlike many of our ant nests, this model was not designed or manufactured by Esthetic Ants. It is sourced from one of our Asian manufacturing partners and was selected because we believe it offers a practical and affordable setup for larger ant species.
